Our mission
Give members a way to prove their track record with real, verified signal, and give companies and recruiters a way to see past the resume to what actually happened on the job. No more taking either side's word for it.
Our story
Kareer Score started from a simple frustration: hiring decisions are made on resumes and references that are almost impossible to verify, while genuinely strong candidates with less polished CVs get passed over. We're building the verification layer that should have existed from the start: one score, one reference, one job at a time.
